Paris Bennett sings "Opposites Attract" with Lundstrum Students
American Idol star Paris Bennett and super-mom Jamecia Bennett are frequent guest artists at the Lunstrum Center for the Performing Arts. Both have generously taken time out of their busy schedules to mentor students in the performing arts. Their goal is to challenge these kids and help them stretch the limits of their talent.
In May 2009 at the Lundstrum Center's annual fundraising gala, Paris debuted her new single "Opposites Attract" with a group of fifteen students ranging from beginner to advanced. The piece was choreographed by Jamecia Bennett and Patrick Moore. She later returned to sing with Gospel Soul Productions during the Gala afterparty.
All of the performers were thrilled to have a chance to work a professional team like Paris, Jamecia and Patrick, and the Lundstrum Center genuinely appreciates their commitment to work with these inner-city youth!
